Introducing the 2026 Summer Promotion: four new bases, perfectly capturing the flavors of the season!

Local Bowl and/or Smoothie Recipe
This promotion, stores have the opportunity to feature a Local Bowl and/or Smoothie recipe featuring the new summer base flavors! As a reminder, participation is optional. If you are participating, reference the steps below.
Develop your store(s) Local Bowl and/or Smoothie recipe(s). Note: One of each per store. Pricing (Regular and Large) will match your store’s Tier Pricing.
Submit Local Bowl and/or Smoothie recipe(s) to the form linked below. Note: There is no due-date to submit. Allow for up to two business days following form submission for approval and POS programming before projected launch date.
Complete the Canva Templates linked below. In Canva:
Select “File” in the upper left hand corner.
Select “Make a Copy” to duplicate the template in a new browser window. This is the file you will edit. Please do not edit the “Master Template”s.
Update all text in green. Update font color to black.
Select “Share” in the upper right hand corner. Select “Download” > File Type “PDF Print” to export the file.
Share the file(s) to hailey@ebfranchise.com for approval before printing locally.
Once approved, print file(s) locally to prepare for the launch of your recipe(s) in your store(s)!
Note for Recipe Card: Print 4” x 6”. Recommended to be laminated.
Note for Counter Card: Print 8.5” x 11”. If you are not confident or comfortable with capturing product image(s) of your recipe(s), proceed with the template without product images.

Points Earned: 50 Bonus Points per individual Summer Base addition
Example: A Regular Whatever Bowl with 1x Acai, 1x Ube, 2x Pineapple = 150 Bonus Points
Example: A Large Whatever Bowl with 3x Coco Love, 1x Blue Majic, 1x Passion Fruit = 50 Bonus Points

Ingredients for each of the summer bases are below:
Passion Fruit: Water, Sugar, Passion Fruit Concentrate, Stacol 850-F (Stabilizer), Pectin, Citric Acid, Annatto Color. No major allergens in ingredients.
Guava: Water, Guava Puree, Sugar, Corn Fiber, Stacol 850-F (Stabilizer), Pectin, Citric Acid. No major allergens in ingredients.
Pineapple: Pineapple Puree, Water, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Guar Gum, Pectin, Citric Acid, Lemon Concentrate. No major allergens in ingredients.
Ube: Water, Coconut Cream, Sugar, Vegetable Fiber, Invert Sugar, Stabilizer, Ube Extract, Ube Flavor.
This promotion is focused on FUN!
POS Programming: The four summer bases (Uber, Guava, Pineapple, Passion Fruit) will be programmed into your Point of Sale for all Whatever Bowls and Whatever Smoothies. This will be available on all channels: in-store, online ordering via everbowl.com, the everbowl app, and integrated third party channels. If your store(s) are launching a Local Bowl and/or Smoothie featuring the summer bases, that will also be programmed into your Point of Sale. See details for this process above.
1.5 GAL vs 3 GAL: This promotion, everbowl is introducing 1.5 GAL base tubs, available for Guava, Pineapple and Passion Fruit. Sysco will be stocking both the standard 3 GAL and new 1.5 GAL of each flavor. It is up to you which you order based on preference, available space, etc.
